Is there an App that will take a picture of a photograph , and turn it into a digital file? I want to make a pattern from a photograph.

Does anyone own a thin LED Lightbox for fussy cutting and paper piecing? Do you like it? Is there one that has a transparent cutting board that fits on top? I saw one that somebody had at a quilt retreat. But I don’t know which Retreat and who it was-darn.
